Continuity Plan
The plan outlines how our firm will respond to natural disasters, power outages, technology issues, or other events that could affect normal operations. Its goal is to ensure that critical functions—particularly trading, investment operations, and client communication—continue with minimal disruption.
Communication Commitments
If business operations are affected, we will provide updates to advisors and organizations through email and phone. Updates will continue as needed until normal operations resume. This page will be updated with relevant information when appropriate.
Access and Service Protections
Account access through custodians such as Charles Schwab remains available independently of our office operations. Custodians maintain their own continuity procedures to support trading, account inquiries, and client service needs.
